The space for audio shows. A space holds one show or several, each with a cover, a description, hosts and episodes with season, number, chapters and scheduling. Listeners get a player in the style of music apps: back 15 seconds, forward 30, speed from 0.5× to 2×, a sleep timer, a queue and the chapters marked on the bar. Leaving the page, the audio keeps going in a mini-player across the community, and everyone picks up where they left off, on the phone or the computer. Each episode is transcribed on its own when it goes live, and everyone with access gets the e-mail.

An online school
The weekly show goes out every Monday at 7 a.m., scheduled on Friday. Episode 0 is an open trailer every member can hear; the rest are for subscribers, who get the e-mail right away and listen on the way in, with the mini-player going while they read the Feed. On Tuesday, the team checks the Numbers to see where people stopped.
- Listen without stopping to browse
- The mini-player sits in the corner with the cover, the title, play, skip and the queue, and keeps playing when you switch spaces. The queue covers every show and follows the person to another device; on the phone, the lock screen shows the cover and the controls.
- Chapters and transcripts with no extra work
- Write "00:00 Intro" in the description and the timestamps become clickable chapters. The transcript arrives on its own when the episode goes live, with clickable timestamps and search, within the plan’s transcription minutes. Chapters can also be set by hand in the editor.
- An open trailer, the rest for those with access
- Whoever has access to the space listens, through a plan or a group, and an open episode plays for any member. The show can also be sold on its own, as a Store product. In the Feed, the episode becomes a card with the same access: those who can’t listen see the cover and the invitation.
- The show’s numbers
- The team and the hosts see plays, unique listeners, average completion and how far people get through each part of the episode. With engagement on, listening to the end and commenting earn points, once per episode. Numbers come per episode or for the whole show.
