The check-in and check-out space for the physical location. Members tap I’ve arrived and I’m leaving, if the house allows it, or the team marks it for them; the front desk sees who is here right now, with search, and logs guests who have no account, along with their host. Occupancy shows as “32 of 60”, with no names, and never blocks anyone from coming in. On the front-desk iPad, a kiosk with no login welcomes guests, who type their name and pick who they came to see, and the host is notified by e-mail. An automatic check-out closes, at night, any visit left open.

Who is in the building right now
An association headquarters
Members tap I’ve arrived on the way in, and the hall’s occupancy shows in the app. Whoever comes for a meeting checks in on the front-desk iPad, and the director hosting them is notified by e-mail before the guest reaches the room.

- Members mark their own attendance, or the house leaves it to the team only. They see occupancy, their history and a monthly summary, never another member’s name.
- A kiosk at the front desk
- The iPad opens from a secret link, with no personal login. Guests type their name, pick who they came to see, and the screen shows only what’s needed, never who else is in.
- The host gets a heads-up
- When the guest arrives, the person they came to see gets an e-mail with the name, company and time, without the phone number. The house can turn the notice off.
- Who is here, for the team
- The front desk sees open visits, checks members and guests in and fixes times, and the history filters by person, status and period.
