Bookings
The space where members book what is physical: rooms, desks, workstations and anything else the house sets up, with no limit on how many. Each item has a capacity, amenities, a photo, weekly hours and a price in credits per block of time, or is free. Members search by date, capacity and amenity, book, reschedule and cancel, and get the calendar invite and a reminder by e-mail. The team blocks a room for maintenance, books on someone’s behalf and marks no-shows. At the door, a tablet shows whether the room is free or busy, and whoever booked starts the meeting right there.

Rooms, desks and workstations by the hour
A three-floor coworking space
Residents book the four meeting rooms from their phones, with 10 credits a month in their plan. The front desk blocks Room 2 to swap the projector, and the tablet at the door shows the next meeting to anyone walking down the hall.
- The right room in a few taps
- Search filters by day, time, capacity and amenities, like a projector or video conferencing. If the slot was taken, the screen suggests the next free one.
- Credits instead of a spreadsheet
- Each room costs credits per block of time, with rates by weekday or date. The balance belongs to the member or their company, and canceling in time refunds the credits.
- A tablet at every room’s door
- The panel shows free or busy and the day’s bookings. Whoever booked starts the meeting there, and a QR code opens the booking on a phone, with no login on the tablet.
- The house’s operation behind it
- The team blocks a room for maintenance, books on a member’s behalf, grants a courtesy booking with a reason and marks whoever didn’t show up as a no-show.

Visibility
Like every space, this one is public, members only or subscribers only — the choice is per space, and the space is the authority on what can be reached from it.
We are inviting the first communities.
Memberfy is in closed beta, so access is by request. Tell us what you want to build: every approved community starts with 90 days free, with no card, and we set it up with you and stay close afterward.
