The space for the letters and packages that arrive at the house. The front desk logs the parcel with its recipient — a person or a company in the community —, the kind, the sender, photos and where it was kept: at the front desk, in a locker typed in or picked from a list. The member gets the e-mail right away, with where to pick it up and, if there is one, the locker code, which only they can see. They confirm pickup in the app, or the house leaves that to the team only. A parcel left sitting gets a badge and an automatic reminder, and returning or discarding it is recorded, with the reason.

A coworking space with 40 resident companies
The front desk photographs each package and puts it in locker 12, with a code. The resident gets the e-mail before coming down, opens the locker with the code and taps I picked it up, and a package forgotten for a week stands out in the queue.
- Log it with a photo in seconds
- Recipient, kind, sender, photos and location. The member is notified by e-mail right away, with a thumbnail of the photo that the house can turn off.
- A locker code only the member sees
- The house sets up lockers and, if it wants, a code per parcel. Only the recipient can read it, in the app and the e-mail; the team knows there is a code, never which.
- For the person or for the company
- A company’s package goes to the whole company: any employee with access can pick it up, and everyone or only the company’s admins are notified.
- Nothing gets forgotten
- A parcel sitting longer than the deadline gets a badge in the queue, and the member gets up to five reminders. Returns and discards stay in the history.
