Recognition
The wall where a member publicly recognizes one to twenty colleagues, with a message and, if the company wants, one of its values. The recognition shows on the wall and in the Feed for whoever sees the space, gets reactions and comments like a post, and the person recognized is notified by e-mail. The wall filters by value, and the owner’s dashboard counts, by period, the recognitions of each value and the most recognized people in each. The giver, the recipient and the team download an image card, with the community’s colors and logo, to share outside it.

A chain of clinics
The receptionist recognizes the nurse who calmed a patient down, for the value Caring for people. The team comments on the wall, the nurse posts the card on LinkedIn, and at the end of the quarter leadership sees on the dashboard who was most recognized for each value.
- The company’s values, day to day
- The owner sets up to 30 values, like Collaboration and Customer at the center, and each recognition can cite one. The wall filters by value to show how each one plays out in practice.
- In front of the team, not in a chat
- The recognition goes to the wall and the Feed, with reactions and comments. Whoever was recognized gets an e-mail, and the whole team sees what the person did.
- Who is recognized for each value
- The dashboard shows, by period, how many recognitions each value got and the five most recognized people in each. You can see who lives the culture, value by value.
- A card to take outside
- The PNG card carries the community’s colors and logo, the names, the value and the message, and nothing else. Only the giver, the recipient and the team can download it.
