Surveys
The space for asking. The team builds the survey in an editor that already is the response screen, in sections that become steps, from a template — NPS, CSAT, eNPS, event or course feedback — or from scratch, with five question types. The space holds a single survey or many. Whoever has access to the space answers, and gets the invitation by e-mail when it opens; the public link, if you turn it on, lets people without an account answer. The result comes consolidated, with the response rate and the NPS already worked out.
NPS and satisfaction
A conference that wants to hear its audience
The day after the event, the satisfaction survey opens on its own, in four steps: content, infrastructure, experience and profile. Members get the invitation by e-mail, and whoever bought a ticket without creating an account answers through the public link. The NPS comes out calculated, split between members and visitors, with no spreadsheet.
- Named or anonymous
- In an anonymous survey, whoever answers reads: “the community can’t link your response to you”. There is no name and no time, and the result grows in blocks, so nobody can tell who just answered.
- People without an account answer too
- The public link opens the survey with no login, for whoever came to the event and never joined the community. A marker in the browser prevents repeat answers, and the result separates members from visitors.
- Period and scheduling
- You set when the survey starts and when it ends, in the community’s time zone. With a start date in the future, it opens on its own at that time, and the invitation goes out with it.
- Optional, required or immediate
- An optional survey only invites. A required one shows a notice in the app on sign-in and, when named, shows the team who has yet to answer. An immediate one locks the app until the person answers.

Visibility
Like every space, this one is public, members only or subscribers only — the choice is per space, and the space is the authority on what can be reached from it.
