The physical side of the operation: who booked what, who is in the building, who came to visit and what needs fixing — in the same system that runs the community and the billing.

  • Bookings

    Rooms, desks and workstations booked by the hour with credits, a calendar invite and a tablet at every room’s door.

  • Attendance

    Check-in and check-out of members and visitors, with a front-desk kiosk. The resident gets an e-mail.

  • Scheduling

    Time slots with people, like mentoring, classes and appointments. The owner decides who can offer them.

  • Parcels

    The front desk logs each parcel with a photo and locker; the resident gets an e-mail, a reminder, and confirms pickup.

  • Visitors

    Members pre-register their guests, the front desk marks the arrival with one tap, and the host gets an e-mail.

  • Support

    Tickets with a photo and room, an owner and deadline per category, a team queue and a report with times and % on time.

* A visitor logged only at arrival does not count as a member. If the coworking asks visitors to sign up — with an e-mail, for example — and that creates an account, they become a user and count toward the plan’s member limit.

You see who is keeping up and who has stopped

Engagement shows who is active and what each student did, the course shows where each one stopped, and the survey at the end of the module tells you what the class thought. Whoever needs help shows up before they cancel.

    The assistant creates the course with the modules and lessons, and each lesson opens only after the previous one.

    Add a 5-question quiz at the end of module 2, with a passing score of 70%.

    The assistant creates the quiz lesson with the questions, the right answer to each, and the score to pass.

    Who stopped halfway through the Excel course more than 15 days ago?

    The assistant lists the students with each one’s progress and the date of their last activity in the course.

    Turn on the certificate for the Excel course for anyone who completes every lesson.
