Membership fees, bookings, the front desk and club life in one app.

Members pay their fee, book the court from their phone, announce their guests and hear about everything in the feed. The club sees who is up to date, who is at the club right now and what needs maintenance.

Saturday’s court is settled in the booking, not in the group chat.

Fees charge themselves instead of being checked in a spreadsheet, and the club sees who is up to date. Court, hall and barbecue area are booked from the phone, by time slot, with no phone calls and no arguments in the group.

Notices arrive in the feed, the tournament becomes an event with RSVP, and the question about the renovation becomes a poll members answer with one tap.

Fees and members in good standing

Recurring monthly or yearly fees, charged through the platform itself, with an automatic notice when a payment is overdue. Members-only spaces stop showing for anyone whose subscription has lapsed.

Bookings and the front desk

Court, hall and barbecue area booked by time slot, with credits from the plan. Members announce their guests in advance, and the kiosk at the front desk records who comes in and who leaves. It is the Coworking extension, for clubs with a physical venue.

Club life

A feed with the notices, events for the tournament, the party and the general meeting, a poll in the feed for quick questions and a satisfaction survey. Members hear about everything without depending on the group chat.

Coworking

fromUS$ 89/mo

Starter US$ 10 + Coworking US$ 79, on the annual plan

The plan grows with headcount.

The physical side of the operation: who booked what, who is in the building, who came to visit and what needs fixing — in the same system that runs the community and the billing.

  • Rooms, desks and workstations booked by the hour with credits, a calendar invite and a tablet at every room’s door.

  • Check-in and check-out of members and visitors, with a front-desk kiosk. The resident gets an e-mail.

  • Time slots with people, like mentoring, classes and appointments. The owner decides who can offer them.

  • The front desk logs each parcel with a photo and locker; the resident gets an e-mail, a reminder, and confirms pickup.

  • Members pre-register their guests, the front desk marks the arrival with one tap, and the host gets an e-mail.

  • Tickets with a photo and room, an owner and deadline per category, a team queue and a report with times and % on time.

* A visitor logged only at arrival does not count as a member. If the coworking asks visitors to sign up — with an e-mail, for example — and that creates an account, they become a user and count toward the plan’s member limit.

One member record for the whole club

Whoever books the court is the same member who pays the fee, RSVPs to the tournament and comments in the feed. The club stops cross-checking spreadsheets to know who is up to date, and what happens at the venue and online lives in the same system.

Build it by chatting with your ChatGPT or Claude

With the assistant connected to the community, you write the request and it does it in Memberfy, with your role. In this order:

  1. 1

Create the yearly membership, in up to 12× by card, and open the Members space to those who pay.

The assistant creates the yearly plan in installments and locks the space to people whose subscription is current.

  2. 2

Who has been behind on their monthly dues for more than 10 days?

The assistant lists the overdue subscriptions, with the member, the plan and since when it is late.

  3. 3

Book court 2 for Paulo on Saturday at 9 a.m., courtesy of the board.

The assistant makes the booking in Paulo’s name, without charging credits, and sends him the invite.

  4. 4

Create the tennis tournament on the 20th as an event, with 32 spots.

The assistant creates the event with the spots, and members RSVP from their phones until it fills up.

Build it in the dashboard

Rather build it with your own hands? The spaces you create in the community dashboard:

  1. 1A membership plan, monthly or yearly in installments, that opens the spaces to members only.
  2. 2A Bookings space with the courts, the hall and the barbecue area, by time slot.
  3. 3An events space for the tournaments, with RSVP.
  4. 4A feed for the board’s announcements and polls.

And it talks to the office and to finance.

A webhook tells another system the moment something happens in the community, and an API key lets your system read what it needs, with only the permission you tick.

What changed

Trust stopped flowing up to institutions and started circulating between people.

Edelman’s annual survey shows trust moving inward — toward people who are close, familiar, alike. For someone who leads a community, that isn’t a market trend: it is a description of the asset you already hold.

What someone the brand doesn’t pay says about it outweighs everything the brand says about itself. A community is the only place where that voice exists in an organized way, with an address, a history and names — and where it is yours, not a platform’s that can change the rules tomorrow.

We are inviting the first communities.

Memberfy is in closed beta, so access is by request. Tell us what you want to build: every approved community starts with 90 days free, with no card, and we set it up with you and stay close afterward.
