Networking

The space where the people in your community meet. Whoever can help joins the program, directly or with the team’s approval, and fills in a profile: what they offer, what they are looking for, their specialties and the hours they take sessions. Whoever is looking uses Explore, with search, categories and filters for availability, dates, country, language and company, opens the person’s page, picks a time and books a session with the reason for the conversation. Both get the calendar invite and the reminder; afterwards, they say whether the session happened and, if the space asks for it, review each other. Sessions are always free, and each space is one program: mentoring and a business round can be two spaces side by side.

Mentoring and connections, booked on the calendar

A tech community

Senior members join as mentors, with the team’s approval, and open two hours a week. Newcomers filter by Career and by language, book 30 minutes with the reason for the conversation, and both get the invite on their calendar. After the session, the rating goes to the mentor’s page, and their card shows how many sessions they have led.

A template for each use
Community mentoring, Company mentoring, Business connections or Event networking: the template already sets who offers time, whether joining needs approval, the duration and who sees the reviews. Everything can be adjusted later.
The right person, without a spreadsheet
Each card shows role, company, country, completed sessions and badges such as Available now and Featured. The showcase follows the member page’s privacy: what a person doesn’t show doesn’t become a filter either.
After the conversation, the numbers
Each side says whether the session happened and gives a rating. Completed sessions and minutes of conversation go to the profile and, with engagement on, a session earns points and the first one earns a badge.
Rules you decide
Limits on sessions per week and with the same person per month, minimum notice and how far ahead people can book. No one is in two sessions at the same time, and who sees the reviews is your call: everyone, only the person reviewed and the team, or only the team.

Mentoring keeps happening between one session and the next

The live session is one hour a week; the rest of the time the group has nowhere to talk. Here mentoring has an address: the session is on the calendar, the group carries on in the feed, and the material you deliver stays organized instead of lost in a messaging group.
