The space where people in the community open their own agenda and members book time with them: mentoring, classes, appointments. The owner picks who offers time — only the owner and admins, the team or any member — and whether a member’s agenda needs approval before it shows. Each agenda has weekly hours, exceptions, a duration, a buffer, a minimum notice and an online link. Members search by person and day, see only who has a free slot and book it; the confirmation, any reschedule and a reminder one hour before arrive by e-mail, with a calendar invite.

An innovation hub with mentors
The house’s mentors open two hours a week for the resident startups. The team approves each agenda before it shows, the startups book from the mentor’s page, and both get the reminder one hour before, with the call link.
- Who offers time, the house decides
- Only the owner and admins, the whole team or any member. With approval on, a member’s agenda only shows up in search after the owner says yes.
- Each person’s own agenda
- Weekly hours, blocked and extra slots, duration, buffer and notice, and an online link that goes in the e-mail. Pausing the agenda takes the person out of search.
- Search only who is free
- Members search by name, day and time window and see only who has a free slot, with the next opening and the cost in credits, or free.
- Free or in credits
- The owner and admins can charge credits for their own slots. A slot offered by a member is always free, whatever the settings.
