The space for ongoing feedback inside the company. Each person gives feedback to a colleague, asks someone for theirs and answers or declines the requests they get, in three boxes: Received, Sent and Requests. The company’s themes and behaviors give a guide for asking and writing, with three questions per theme: what you observed, what the impact was and what you suggest. A leader can hear from colleagues about a direct report, with internal feedback and an optional message to the person. The text belongs only to the giver and the recipient: the team sees the numbers and exports them to CSV or Excel.

Feedback between colleagues, with a guide
A tech company with 300 people
Before the review cycle, each leader asks three colleagues for feedback on each direct report, on the Communication and Delivery themes. HR tracks adoption by department in the numbers, downloads the spreadsheet for the board meeting and never reads what anyone wrote.

- The company starts with five themes, each with six behaviors, and adjusts the list. Whoever asks picks what they want to hear about, and whoever answers gets the guide ready.
- The leader hears colleagues about a report
- The leader asks colleagues for feedback about someone on the team. The internal feedback goes to the leader, and the message to the person, if any, reaches them.
- The text belongs to the giver and the recipient
- Not the owner, not the admin, not Memberfy support reads a piece of feedback. Feedback is not anonymous: the recipient always knows who gave it.
- Numbers for HR, without exposing anyone
- Feedback given, requested and answered, plus adoption, by period and by group, with small counts hidden. The spreadsheet comes out in CSV or Excel, numbers only.
