From invitation to certificate on one page. And the community carries on afterwards.
Event page, ticket, stream, certificate and survey in one place, inside your community. The next day, everyone who came is still there, with the feed, the content and the schedule of the next gatherings.
The event ends, the community carries on.
Registration, ticket, stream and certificate live in the same community, instead of scattered across a form, a ticketing platform, a message and a spreadsheet. Whoever signs up buys there, watches on the event page and gets the certificate by e-mail.
And the people who came don’t vanish the next day: they stay in the community, with the feed, the content and the schedule of the next gatherings. The next event starts with an audience instead of from zero.

Page, ticket and seats
Online, in person or hybrid, with RSVP and a seat limit. When it fills up, the waiting list offers the seat that frees up. A paid ticket is charged on the page itself, through the platform, and a free event has its page too.
See the Events moduleStream and recording
The YouTube, Vimeo or Mux stream plays on the event page, with the live status shown, and the recording stays there for whoever could not make it.

The call for papers takes the proposals, with committee review and a community vote. After the event, certificates go out by e-mail in bulk, with public verification, and the satisfaction survey shows what worked.

The event happens inside the community, so the people who took part do not leave when the stream ends: they stay in the feed, get the content, talk to the people they met and see the schedule of the next gatherings. In an association, the yearly fee includes the year’s events, and members RSVP without paying again.

Integrations & APIs
And it tells your other tools on its own.
A webhook tells another system the moment something happens in the community, and an API key lets your system read what it needs, with only the permission you tick.
See Integrations & APIs- The team alerted in Slack or Discord when someone buys a ticket.
- Every new attendee in the CRM, with the purchase, for the next event’s promotion.
- Registrations read through the API, with a key that only reads Events.
Available now: Discord, Slack and Telegram alert your team channel when someone joins, buys or finishes a course; RD Station and HubSpot bring the contact and the purchase into your CRM; Zapier, Make and n8n connect to any tool.
How it looks in practice
- Events and conferencesThe event ends in three days. Its community doesn’t.A community all year round, not a spike that lasts three days.
- Associations and professional bodiesAnnual dues members feel all twelve monthsLate payments that sort themselves out, with no manual collection.
- Hackathons and internal challengesThe challenge lasts a weekend. What came out of it doesn’t have to end.The result becomes an archive instead of a shared folder.
What changed
Trust stopped flowing up to institutions and started circulating between people.
Edelman’s annual survey shows trust moving inward — toward people who are close, familiar, alike. For someone who leads a community, that isn’t a market trend: it is a description of the asset you already hold.

Out goes the click, in comes reputation. In the search economy, whoever got found won. In the artificial intelligence economy, whoever is considered trustworthy will win.
What someone the brand doesn’t pay says about it outweighs everything the brand says about itself. A community is the only place where that voice exists in an organized way, with an address, a history and names — and where it is yours, not a platform’s that can change the rules tomorrow.
We are inviting the first communities.
Memberfy is in closed beta, so access is by request. Tell us what you want to build: every approved community starts with 90 days free, with no card, and we set it up with you and stay close afterward.
