HomeFor residential buildings, boards and property managers

An organized front desk, shared spaces without conflict and informed residents, in one app.

Every package has an owner and a pickup time, the visitor is already on the list on arrival, the party room is booked from the phone and every maintenance request has a deadline. For the board and the property manager, the building’s operation in one place; for residents, everything on their phone.

Every building notice has its place.

Instead of the package nobody knows who took, the party room booked in a notebook and the request lost in the group chat, everything is on record: the front desk logs the package with a photo and the resident is notified right away, the room is booked from the phone and the request has a deadline, photos and a history.

Notices arrive in the feed and by e-mail, minutes and house rules sit in the documents, and asking residents becomes a poll they answer with one tap.

The whole building, from the front desk to the board

Front desk

The package is logged with a photo and locker, the resident is notified by e-mail and the pickup is recorded with name and time. Residents announce visitors in advance, the front desk sees the day’s list, and the kiosk records who comes in and who leaves. It is the Coworking extension.

Shared spaces and maintenance

Party room, barbecue area and court booked from the phone, by date and time, with credits. Maintenance requests have an owner, a deadline and photos, and the inspection round by area turns into a request when it finds a problem.

Informed residents

Notices in the feed and by e-mail, minutes and house rules in Downloads for residents only, a poll in the feed for quick questions, a satisfaction survey about management and events for the party and the meeting.

Coworking

fromUS$ 89/mo

Starter US$ 10 + Coworking US$ 79, on the annual plan

The plan grows with headcount.

The physical side of the operation: who booked what, who is in the building, who came to visit and what needs fixing — in the same system that runs the community and the billing.

  • Rooms, desks and workstations booked by the hour with credits, a calendar invite and a tablet at every room’s door.

  • Check-in and check-out of members and visitors, with a front-desk kiosk. The resident gets an e-mail.

  • Time slots with people, like mentoring, classes and appointments. The owner decides who can offer them.

  • The front desk logs each parcel with a photo and locker; the resident gets an e-mail, a reminder, and confirms pickup.

  • Members pre-register their guests, the front desk marks the arrival with one tap, and the host gets an e-mail.

  • Tickets with a photo and room, an owner and deadline per category, a team queue and a report with times and % on time.

* A visitor logged only at arrival does not count as a member. If the coworking asks visitors to sign up — with an e-mail, for example — and that creates an account, they become a user and count toward the plan’s member limit.

Every resident with their unit on record

"Building B, apt 42" is a field on the resident’s profile: it shows as a column in the member list, is searchable and comes filled in from the import spreadsheet. The board imports everyone at once and finds any resident by unit.

  • The unit on the profile, in the member list, in search and in the import
  • Packages, visitors, attendance, bookings and support, in the Coworking extension
  • Inspection rounds that turn into requests
  • Feed, polls, surveys, documents and events for residents

The spaces of the residents’ community

All included in every plan. The front desk, shared spaces and maintenance are the Coworking extension, just below.

Integrations & APIs

And it talks to the property manager’s system.

A webhook tells another system the moment something happens in the community, and an API key lets your system read what it needs, with only the permission you tick.

  • Management alerted in Slack or Discord when a new resident joins.
  • Resident records sent to the property manager’s system, right away.
  • Shared-space bookings read through the API, with a key that only reads Bookings.

Available now: Discord, Slack and Telegram alert your team channel when someone joins, buys or finishes a course; RD Station and HubSpot bring the contact and the purchase into your CRM; Zapier, Make and n8n connect to any tool.

What changed

Trust stopped flowing up to institutions and started circulating between people.

Edelman’s annual survey shows trust moving inward — toward people who are close, familiar, alike. For someone who leads a community, that isn’t a market trend: it is a description of the asset you already hold.

What someone the brand doesn’t pay says about it outweighs everything the brand says about itself. A community is the only place where that voice exists in an organized way, with an address, a history and names — and where it is yours, not a platform’s that can change the rules tomorrow.

We are inviting the first communities.
