Forms
The space for collecting data: sign-ups, contact requests, interest lists. The team builds the form in an editor with 13 field types, in steps, and chooses who fills it in: members, signed in, or anyone with the link, with a bot check and required privacy consent. An optional access password protects the link. Each submission reaches the responsibles by e-mail and lands in a list with status, filters and CSV export; with Save as member on, whoever submitted is invited to the community, with a tag named after the form.
Data from members and visitors
A school recruiting students
The interest form sits on the sales page link, open to visitors. Each submission lands in the front office’s list as New, the team marks it In contact after the call, and whoever signs up joins the community with the tag Prospects, ready for the enrollment campaign.
- Open to people who aren’t members yet
- The public link opens the form without signing in, with a bot check and the privacy consent, which can’t be removed. Each submission stores the text that was accepted, the policy and the date.
- A submissions list to work through
- Each submission, one by one, with source, name and e-mail, and the status New, In contact or Done. The team filters by status, source and period and exports to CSV.
- From sender to member
- With Save as member, each submission invites the person to the community, with the form’s tag. Existing members just get the tag, and the form never asks for an account password.
- Straight to the CRM
- Each submission fires a webhook, creates the contact in HubSpot or records the conversion in RD Station. A visitor never changes a contact that already exists in the CRM.

Visibility
Like every space, this one is public, members only or subscribers only — the choice is per space, and the space is the authority on what can be reached from it.
We are inviting the first communities.
Memberfy is in closed beta, so access is by request. Tell us what you want to build: every approved community starts with 90 days free, with no card, and we set it up with you and stay close afterward.
