A course, a mentorship or an event, built in one conversation.

You describe what you want to sell and the assistant builds all of it in Memberfy: the space, the lessons or the sessions, the price, the plan and the sales page. From the request to the product going live, without opening the dashboard.

  • Course “Product photography” with 6 modules and 24 lessons
  • Description and level written from the handout
  • R$ 197 product, up to 12× installments, that unlocks the course
  • Published in the community Store

Done. The course is in the Store, and anyone who buys goes straight to the first lesson.

From the request to the product going live.

For each one, what you write and what the assistant creates in Memberfy, in the order it creates it.

01Course

From your material to a course on sale

You write

Build a 6-module course on product photography from this material. I want to sell it for R$ 197, in up to 12× installments.

The assistant creates

  1. 1Creates the Courses space in the section you choose.
  2. 2Creates the course, with a title, a level and a description drawn from your material.
  3. 3Splits the material into 6 modules and writes the lessons for each one, as text, video or link.
  4. 4Creates the R$ 197 product, in up to 12× installments, that unlocks the course for whoever buys it.
  5. 5Publishes the product and puts it in the community Store.

The course is live, with a sales page, and access turns on by itself with every purchase.

02Mentorship

From an idea to a cohort with a calendar

You write

Set up a 3-month group mentorship, meeting every other Tuesday at 8 p.m., for R$ 297/month on a 3-month contract.

The assistant creates

  1. 1Creates a private space for the cohort, with a feed for the conversation between sessions.
  2. 2Schedules the 6 online sessions, two weeks apart, in the community’s time zone.
  3. 3Creates the R$ 297 monthly billing option on a 3-month contract.
  4. 4Creates the Mentorship plan with that option and hands you the link to send to anyone who wants in.
  5. 5Opens the space only to people who subscribe to the plan.

Subscribers join the cohort and see the calendar right away. Anyone who cancels loses access without you touching a thing.

03Event

From the invitation to ticket sales

You write

Create an in-person event on the 20th at 7 p.m., at our space in Pinheiros. 80 tickets at R$ 150 and a VIP batch of 20 at R$ 300.

The assistant creates

  1. 1Creates the in-person event, with date, time and address.
  2. 2Creates the two tickets, 80 at R$ 150 and 20 VIP at R$ 300, each with its own stock.
  3. 3Puts the tickets on sale in the Store, and every buyer lands on the attendee list.
  4. 4Tells the community with a post pinned to the top of the feed.
  5. 5The day before, reminds the buyers and sends them the address.

Sales open, each batch’s stock going down by itself with every purchase, and the list of who is coming in one place.

After it is built

  • “Add a bonus lesson to module 3 with this video.”
