Memberfy or Nexudus?
Nexudus is the most complete and mature coworking system, priced in dollars, pounds or euros per location, with more than 60 native integrations and physical access control, but member billing goes through an external gateway, signed up for separately. Memberfy brings bookings, attendance, visitors and support together with the residents’ community and processes member billing itself, with PIX, boleto and card, from R$ 499 a month (Starter R$ 49 + Coworking R$ 450), and the plan grows with the number of people.

What Nexudus does well
- It is the most complete and mature in the category, with every feature on every plan.
- Multi-location operations, with more than 100 reports and a CRM.
- More than 60 native integrations, including physical access control.
- A family of apps: for members, visitors, room displays and deliveries.
When to choose each one
Choose Nexudus if
- you run several locations and need deep reporting and CRM;
- integrated physical access control is a must;
- your members pay by card or direct debit, outside Brazil, through a provider you already have an account with.
Choose Memberfy if
- residents pay with PIX, boleto or card in installments, in reais, at the system’s own checkout;
- you do not want to open a gateway account, keep a second contract or pay two sets of fees;
- the house community — feed, events, content, ranking — matters as much as room bookings;
- you want your own domain, logo and colors without paying extra for branding.
