Memberfy or Cobot?
Cobot is the simplest coworking system and usually the cheapest: a single plan, with every feature, charged by the number of paying members, but it does not process payments: member billing goes through an external gateway, such as Stripe, signed up for and paid separately. Memberfy brings bookings, attendance, visitors and support together with the residents’ community and processes member billing itself, with PIX, boleto and card, from R$ 499 a month (Starter R$ 49 + Coworking R$ 450), and the plan grows with the number of people.

Frequently asked questions
- Does Cobot process member payments?
- No. Cobot does not process payments: its documentation asks you to open an account with a gateway — Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless, Adyen, Authorize.net and others, depending on the region — and connect it to the system, and that gateway charges its fees separately. Cobot charges no fee of its own on sales to members; on sales to non-members, it charges 9% on external bookings, 5% on day passes and 3% on event tickets. On Memberfy, processing is part of the platform: PIX, boleto and card in up to 12× installments, with a single fee of 6.99% + R$ 2.49 per charge, no gateway account and no second contract.
- Does Cobot accept Pix?
- It depends on the gateway you connect: Cobot’s documentation lists card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and direct debit, and does not mention Pix or boleto. On Memberfy, PIX, boleto and card in up to 12× installments are at its own checkout, with no separate gateway.
