White label on Memberfy: a custom domain on every plan, no Memberfy branding from Growth up, e-mails with your community’s name and color, and an installable app with your name and icon, with push notifications.
The community starts at a memberfy.net address, and the owner or an admin adds the brand’s domain, such as community.yourcompany.com, in Settings. The screen shows the DNS record to create and follows each step, and the security certificate is issued automatically. Both addresses keep working, and your domain becomes the main one in links and e-mails. It is on every plan, Starter included.

E-mails go out with the community’s name as the sender and buttons and links in its color. The default e-mails (welcome, invitation, purchase confirmed, event registration) can be rewritten in the community’s voice, in each language. The sending address is Memberfy’s.
The community installs on the phone’s home screen and on the desktop with the community’s name, icon and color, not Memberfy’s, and opens full screen, with no browser bar. It sends push notifications on Android, desktop and iPhone (iOS 16.4 or newer, after adding it to the home screen). What it is not: an app on the App Store or Google Play. If a store app is a must for you, better to know now.
