Starter, up to 100 members, US$ 10/mo; Growth, up to 1,000 members, US$ 19/mo; Business, up to 5,000 members, US$ 69/mo; Scale, up to 20,000 members, US$ 99/mo. - Plan (monthly): No term commitment, and 30% more per month. Starter US$ 13/mo; Growth US$ 25/mo; Business US$ 89/mo; Scale US$ 129/mo. - Above 20,000 members: US$ 19/mo per 2,000 members, on annual or monthly billing. - Per sale: 6.99% + US$ 1.00. On every approved charge, on any plan and any payment method. - Per withdrawal: 0.25% + US$ 0.25. Per transfer to your account, not per sale, and your bank receives the full amount you asked for. The minimum withdrawal is US$ 10.00. - Extensions: Always added to a plan, never bought on their own: the entry price is Starter plus the extension, and the plan grows with headcount. The extension’s price is flat, the same on annual and monthly billing. - Planning & HR: from US$ 199/mo (Starter US$ 10 + Planning & HR US$ 189, on the annual plan). The plan grows with headcount. Modules: Performance Review, Feedback, Goals & OKRs, Time Clock, IDP, Recognition, 1:1, HR Workflows. - Coworking: from US$ 89/mo (Starter US$ 10 + Coworking US$ 79, on the annual plan). The plan grows with headcount. Modules: Bookings, Attendance, Scheduling, Parcels, Visitors, Support. - One month, with numbers: A community with 800 members, 200 of them subscribers at US$ 10 a month: that is 200 charges and US$ 2,000 for the month. The monthly fee is US$ 19, because 800 fits in Growth, the plan for up to a thousand. The fee is US$ 139.80 (6.99% of US$ 2,000) plus US$ 200 (200 × US$ 1.00), or US$ 339.80. In total, US$ 358.80, plus US$ 4.40 (0.25% + US$ 0.25) if it withdraws the US$ 1,660.20 left from sales once in the month. In a month when it charges no one anything, US$ 19. ## Payment - It is the platform fee, and it doesn’t depend on the payment method: PIX, boleto or card cost you the same. A community that charges nothing pays no fee at all — only the plan’s monthly fee. - Each sale comes in as a line in your statement that nobody deletes or rewrites afterward, and becomes available for withdrawal 30 days after payment. Part of it, 4%, is held for 60 days on every sale, whatever the payment method, because during that period the customer can still dispute the purchase; after that, it returns to your balance on its own. With an available balance you request a withdrawal, from US$ 10.00: each one costs 0.25% + US$ 0.25, your bank receives the full amount you asked for, and the transfer only goes to the verified bank account. There is no early payout. ## Your own brand and domain (white label) - Yes, on any plan — including Starter, at US$ 10. The community starts at a memberfy.net address, and the owner or an admin adds the brand’s domain, such as community.yourcompany.com, in Settings: the screen shows the DNS record to create and tracks each step, and the security certificate is issued on its own. Both addresses keep working, and your domain becomes the primary one in links and e-mails. From Growth up there is no Memberfy brand anywhere; on Starter it appears only in the footer and the e-mails. - Custom domain, logo and colors, gamification, moderation and the financial side all come from the first plan. What changes between plans is the member cap, the limits in the table above (AI, video, SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail, storage, active workflows and fixed IPs) and the "powered by Memberfy" signature in e-mails and the footer, which exists only on Starter and goes away from Growth, at US$ 19. The Planning & HR and Coworking extensions are separate, and cost the same on top of any plan. ## Main pages - [Pricing](https://www.memberfy.net/en/pricing): The monthly fee comes from your plan’s member limit: from US$ 10 to US$ 99. The fee is 6.99% + US$ 1.00 on each charge you make inside the community — subscription, course, mentoring or ticket. - [Platform](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform): With how far technology has come, it makes no sense to spend a fortune on separate products and services to keep a community running. That is why Memberfy fits your budget: servers, updates, security, backups, e-mail delivery and the money side are on us, and roles, visibility, your own brand, languages and currencies come ready on day one. Your time goes where it belongs: with people. - [Modules](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules): Every Memberfy module, one per space: feed, courses, events, store, certificates, HR and coworking. See what each one does. - [Create account](https://www.memberfy.net/en/request-access): Tell us what you want to build and we create your account — and then build the community with you. ## Memberfy facts - [Memberfy facts](https://www.memberfy.net/en/facts): What Memberfy is, who it is for, its features with production numbers, the plans and what each includes, who is behind it and what it does not do yet. - [White label and app](https://www.memberfy.net/en/white-label-and-app): White label on Memberfy: a custom domain on every plan, no Memberfy branding from Growth up, e-mails with your community’s name and color, and an installable app with your name and icon, with push notifications. - [Membership API, webhooks and MCP](https://www.memberfy.net/en/api-webhooks-and-mcp): Memberfy’s public API with an OpenAPI spec and a JavaScript SDK, 101 signed webhook event types, ready-made integrations and an MCP server with 1,009 tools to run the community from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, on every plan. - 101 event types, in 28 families, signed under the Standard Webhooks spec and retried for about 45 hours. - Yes: a custom domain on every plan, the community’s logo, colors and cover, and no Memberfy branding from Growth up. On Starter, the branding appears only in the footer and e-mails. - Yes, installable from the browser, with the community’s name, icon and color and push notifications on Android, iPhone and desktop. It is not an app published on the App Store or Google Play. ## Communities live on Memberfy - [Papo de Sysadmin](https://comunidade.papodesysadmin.org): The Papo de Sysadmin community, on its own domain. - [APICON](https://hub.apicon.com.br): The API Connect Conference hub, with its call for papers, on the event’s domain. - [ONOVATORS](https://www.onovators.com): ONOVOLAB’s innovation community, on its own domain. ## Company - Memberfy is built in Brazil and operated by LUMA VENTURES LTDA - ME (Brazil) and Memberfy, Inc. Everything done in the app, the assistant does in the conversation, with the role of whoever connected. - [MCP: Claude and ChatGPT](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/mcp): Run your community from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor: 1,009 tools and 24 ready-made recipes, with your role and a confirmation before anything touches money. - [Courses, mentorships and events · MCP](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/mcp/courses-mentoring-and-events): You describe what you want to sell and the assistant builds all of it in Memberfy: the space, the lessons or the sessions, the price, the plan and the sales page. From the request to the product going live, without opening the dashboard. - [Content and engagement · MCP](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/mcp/content-and-engagement): The assistant writes posts in the community’s voice, publishes them in the right space and looks after the conversation: it answers whoever went unanswered, reacts, welcomes people and tells you what deserves the spotlight. - [Sales and plans · MCP](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/mcp/sales-and-plans): Say the price and the term, and the assistant builds the billing option, the plan and the sales link. It also creates coupons, attaches add-ons, shows what you take home from each sale and requests the payout. - [Charts and numbers · MCP](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/mcp/charts-and-numbers): Claude and ChatGPT draw the chart right there, with the numbers Memberfy returns. You ask the question; the assistant pulls the data, picks the chart and explains what changed. - [Members and community · MCP](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/mcp/members-and-community): Inviting a whole cohort, giving each person the right role, opening a space only to subscribers, changing the Engagement rules: what would take an afternoon of clicking becomes one request. - [How to connect · MCP](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/mcp/how-to-connect): Once, in the assistant you already use. You are the one who connects, with your own account, and every request goes through the same rules as the dashboard: what your role cannot do in Memberfy, the assistant cannot do either. ## Who it is for - [For Communities](https://www.memberfy.net/en/for-communities): Meetups, content, the newsletter and billing together, on your own domain and with your brand. The WhatsApp group carries on, and what the community teaches stops getting lost. - [For HR](https://www.memberfy.net/en/for-hr): Reviews, feedback, goals, IDPs, 1:1s, recognition and the time clock on one base, alongside courses, announcements, the feed and internal events. What lives today in five tools and a spreadsheet moves to where the team already is every day. - [For Coworking](https://www.memberfy.net/en/for-coworkings): Bookings, front desk, packages, support, billing and the residents’ community in one account, on your domain and with your brand. The team stops cross-checking spreadsheets and goes back to looking after the people in the house. ## Space types (modules) - [Content](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/content): Long-form publishing inside the community: articles with a cover, tags, reactions and comments, each at its own address. - [Feed](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/feed): The first screen: it gathers what was posted in every space and takes members’ short status updates. - [Events](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/events): A calendar with a page per event, three-way RSVP, an address on the map and streaming from YouTube, Vimeo or Mux on the page itself. - [Courses](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/courses): Three-level learning paths, built right in the app, with enrollment, per-student progress and a certificate on completion. - [Certificates](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/certificates): A template with your brand, batch issuing, a PDF to download and a public page that checks whether the certificate is genuine. - [Store](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/store): A storefront inside the community, with products, plans and add-ons, stock, and the same access rules as the other spaces. - [Classifieds](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/classifieds): Members post a job, a service or something for sale, with a category and an expiration, and whoever is interested leaves a message. - [Downloads](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/downloads): A repository of spreadsheets, e-books and PDFs, or a single file, free or for sale as a product. - [Gallery](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/gallery): A visual archive with tags, author credit, view counts and a like on every image. - [Engagement](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/engagement): 19 actions that earn points, a leaderboard per community and per section, levels that ask for activity in the week, and badges on the profile and the card. - [Calls](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/call-for-papers): The whole cycle of a call: tracks with reviewers, a committee, community voting and recorded counteroffers. - [Surveys](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/surveys): Step-by-step surveys, with NPS, eNPS and satisfaction templates, an e-mail invitation and a public link for people without an account. - [Forms](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/forms): Forms for members and visitors, with privacy consent, an optional password, a submissions list with status and CSV, and senders saved as members. - [Link](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/link): A menu item that points outside, with the same visibility rule as the other spaces. - [Channel](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/channel): The group’s quick conversation inside the community, with threads, reactions, mentions, photos and videos, instead of an outside messaging group. - [Upvote](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/upvote): A board where members propose ideas and requests, vote for what they support and see the team respond, from Planned to Done. - [Networking](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/networking): People in the community make themselves available, whoever needs help finds the right person and books a time, and afterwards both say how it went. - [Podcast](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/podcast): The community’s audio shows, with a player in the style of music apps and a mini-player that keeps playing while people browse. - [Videos](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/videos): The community’s video series, with streaming, captions, chapters and theater mode, and a floating window that keeps playing when people leave the page. - [Feedback](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/feedback): Give, ask for and answer feedback between colleagues, with themes and behaviors as a guide. Only the giver and the recipient read the text. - [Time Clock](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/time-clock): Clock-in with location and IP, adjustments approved by the leader, a monthly timesheet, an hour bank and the AFD and AEJ files. - [IDP](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/idp): Each person builds their plan with actions and deadlines, the direct leader approves it, and HR tracks adoption in cycles with reminders. - [Recognition](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/recognition): A wall where colleagues recognize each other in front of the team, with a company value, reactions, comments and a card to share. - [Performance Review](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/performance-review): Review cycles at 90°, 180° or 360°, with self-review, manager, peers and reports, calibration, a 9-box and a matrix. - [Goals & OKRs](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/goals-and-okrs): The objectives of the company, the groups and each person aligned in a tree, with key results, check-ins and status colors. - [1:1](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/one-on-ones): A record of each 1:1 between leader and report, with topics, notes and agreed actions, or a recurring series with an agenda. - [Bookings](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/bookings): Members search for and book a room, desk or workstation by the hour, paying in credits, with a calendar invite and a panel at the door. - [Scheduling](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/scheduling): People in the community offer time slots, like mentoring, classes or appointments, and members book them from each person’s agenda. - [Attendance](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/attendance): Check-in and check-out of members and guests, with current occupancy and a kiosk for the front desk. - [Visitors](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/visitors): Members pre-register their guests, the front desk sees who is expected today and marks the arrival with one tap. - [Parcels](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/parcels): The front desk logs the parcel with a photo and location, the member is notified by e-mail and confirms pickup. - [Support](https://www.memberfy.net/en/platform/modules/support): Residents open a ticket with a photo and location, and the team works it from a queue with an assignee and a deadline per category. ## Use cases - [Use cases](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases): Influencers, mentors, schools, community leaders, innovation hubs, coworking spaces, corporate offices, professional associations, events, HR and companies with customer communities. Each one has a page showing how it is built. - [Influencers](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/creators): You already have an audience, and it lives in someone else’s house. Here the feed is yours, the list of who joined is yours, and billing happens on the same page where people read, not on a checkout link that looks like another company’s and pulls people out of the conversation. - [Mentors and instructors](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/mentoring): The live session is one hour a week; the rest of the time the group has nowhere to talk. Here mentoring has an address: the session is on the calendar, the group carries on in the feed, and the material you deliver stays organized instead of lost in a messaging group. - [Schools and online courses](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/schools): You don’t need to change how you sell to bring your content here. The catalog — course, module and lesson — lives in the community, with a class, live sessions and conversation between students, and whoever bought comes in as a member. Students see where they stopped; teachers see who got stuck. - [Anyone who wants recurring revenue](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/subscriptions): A subscription is a second revenue stream, not a replacement for the first. You keep selling courses and mentoring your way and charge a monthly fee for being inside: the archive, the sessions and the community. Subscribers get in on their own and those who cancel leave on their own, no spreadsheet. - [Companies with a customer community](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/customers): Support stops answering the same question every week: the answer becomes part of the archive, with search and a fixed address. Open spaces serve as a shop window for people who aren’t customers yet; spaces per account or per plan stay closed, with who can see them set in each one. - [HR and internal communications](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/hr): Announcements that don’t get lost in the scroll, onboarding that stays standing for whoever joins later, a training path with each person’s progress and a calendar of company gatherings. Distributed teams stop depending on who happened to be online. - [Hackathons and internal challenges](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/hackathons): A hackathon usually lives in a form, a spreadsheet and a group created on Friday and abandoned on Monday. Here sign-ups come in by track, the jury reviews where the submissions arrived, and what was built stays published with author and date for the next edition. - [Innovation hubs](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/innovation): An innovation program lives scattered across forms, spreadsheets, groups and folders. Here the call takes applications by track, the committee reviews where they arrived, and startups, mentors and sponsors share the space, each with its own visibility. - [Franchises and networks](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/franchises): A large network trains by meeting, and what was said at the first location arrives different at the thirtieth. Here the training is one and the same, with each franchisee’s progress in view, the manual in a searchable archive and a channel between operators that doesn’t wait for the franchisor. - [Coworking and shared spaces](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/coworking): What separates a coworking space from a hub is what happens between the members. The house calendar, the board of who does what, the call for the next demo day and the members’ channel live at one address, open even when nobody is in the building. - [Associations and professional bodies](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/associations): Annual dues stop being a charge with nothing visible in return: members get technical content, an events calendar and a channel between peers, all year long. Access turns on and off along with payment, with nobody tracking by hand who is up to date. - [Events and conferences](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/events): The call opens by track, the committee reviews in the same place, the community votes, and the audience that signed up stays there after the event ends, with next year’s calendar, instead of becoming an e-mail list that goes cold until the next edition. - [Offices and corporate headquarters](https://www.memberfy.net/en/use-cases/firms): Headquarters have two sides in one building: the people, with feedback, recognition and training, and the space, with rooms to book and reception for members and visitors.
